I am posting twice today (I promise tomorrow will be a fashion post) but I am having the most craptastic day ever. Today I am carb cycling so that means EVERY SINGLE MEAL FOR TODAY IS QUINOA AND TILAPIA
I am absolutely MISERABLE. I mean I feel nauseous. I don’t want to eat every time I put a forkful in my mouth I want to spit it out. Now its not that its not tasty I literally feel sick! Nauseous is the only word I can use to describe what I am going through.
On top of it, I am mood swinging heavily. I mean I've cried at my desk about 3 times now….maybe once or twice in the bathroom. Seriously?! Did anyone else feel like this…or is it just a phenomena related to me?
I haven't been able to get a hold of my nutritionist and I am now getting a bit hungry and I dont want to CHEAT I don’t want anything except the right food and I don’t know what to eat.
I was so disgusted with my food literally every time I looked at it I would feel sick that I threw it out. I am having a hard day. I felt awful during my workout this morning too….cant I just have a can of tuna and rice cake and call it a day? I mean Eating the same awful meal 6 times is just too much. Most days doable today…not so much…

awww hun I"m sorry you're having such a rough time. I know it sucks, but this close to show i think you just have to follow along with your trainer. It's not the best thing, but maybe try talking to him about having 3 meals a day the same and the other 3 meals something else? Rice or quinoa or sweet potato shouldnt matter.

My problem is that no matter what mood I am in, happy or sad, I still eat well lol. Maybe you're getting your period soon? I feel like that when I'm about to get it.

i honestly don't know how you do it, hun. 6 bland meals a day would just freak me out. hopefully you can talk to your nutritionist--maybe even get some better choices. hope all is well otherwise dear!
ReplyDeletehmmm maybe u should stop if u r feeling this way. i mean its seems a bit too much i think. take a break for a while see how u feel and then start again. thats what i would do. rememebr health is first!

DO NOT STOP!!! Keep going. I promise you it will get better. Your body is adjusting to your diet. You are going to have good and bad days and this is a bad one. It will pass though. Stay the course. I cant tell you how many times I cried and want to eat something other than what was on the plan but YOU HAVE TO EAT IT!!!! Youll thank yourself later.. Trust me. XOXO

ReplyDeleteeating 6 meals of the same thing every day seems miserable! Good for you for doing it, I don't think I could manage! (It's not for too long, right? After the competition you can go back to eating variety??)
