To all my competition ladies, did you feel "weird" after competition. I swear my skin feels tight and I feel like I am retaining water....is that possible?

one week ago i was in a bikini competetition, and i won 1st place! but now a week later off my doet i noticed im retaining water, my ankles are swollen my tummy sticks out n is hard...im not pigging out was just eationg normal again(now back on clean diet) will this go away on its own? or should i do another round of xpel???
