Say Yes To The Dress

As promised here are some more pictures from my Bridal Gown shoot from this past August. As I mentioned Andrew the talented photographer who's taken pictures of me here and here, was the creative lens behind the photos. Luxe Bridal Boutique of Ottawa generously lent out these dress and gave me (seriously?) the opportunity to wear them. Words escape me! What a great experience this was...so you get to relive it with me.

    OHMYGOSH!! How did I miss these pictures until now! You look so DIVA (in a good way) and how cool that you did the shoot in the brand-spanking new Convention Centre you lucky girl!! Seriously, these are some quality shots and while I agree your makeup could have been better - personally I think you do it better yourself!! - the rest makes up for it.  I think the hat is a fun touch because it's not something most brides would wear. But personally I love the draping and movement of the other dress.

    Wow. That bridal gown is like nothing I have ever seen. What an incredible opportunity to get to wear it, even if only for a few hours. I don't know if it's the type of dress I would have felt brave enough to wear on my big day (who am I kidding, I won't even wear a bikini!) but for a few hours, it must have been absolute bliss :)

    heart! as always you're too generous with your comments. I agree a lot of the accessories were probably fun for the shoot but not necessarily what a bride would wear. and the makeup...ugh....i dont even want to talk about it....Imagine walking home with that painted on your face! tried to take as much of it off as i could!
