I had no idea that making homemade hummus could be as easy as 1, 2, 3. This is a simple easy recipe to help you make your own hummus keep a few more dollars in your pocket. All you need are three ingredients and five minutes.
- 1 can of Chic Peas
- Olive Oil (I used a Spicy Herb and Pepper Olive Oil)
- Herbs and spices of your choice (I used Paprika, Chilli and Peppercorn)
To make the Hummus, rinse and drain the chic peas, add in a few tablespoons of the spiced olive oil, and spices to your liking in a blender. Blend until smooth.
And there you have it. 5 Minute hummus for veggies and pita, perfect for that afternoon snack!
This looks absolutely amazing! I am so in love with hummus, will definitely give this a test drive!
